Freedom Climb 7 Summits – Lives Transformed

Four days, 70 women, seven 14,000 foot summits in Colorado,   What a combination! And lives were transformed in ways we never imagined!  At this point in the journey all we can do is stand in awe of all our Lord did for us, through us, and with us!  Hearts were broken and raw, tears streamed as struggles were faced, relationships were built, ……..and God was right there in all of it.  Amazing doesn’t even come close to describing the joyful exhilaration we are feeling.

As the ladies head back home to their “normal”, nothing will be the same as it was when they left for Colorado.  They “went up the mountain one way, and came down the mountain another”. For them, the next step is to determine what they are going to do with what they’ve experienced, learned, and endured.  Not an easy task!

The problem continues, but we are standing in hope as the women are mobilized to be the voice for the voiceless!  Freedom Climb: 7 Summits Colorado has finished, but the work goes on.  Join us as we move forward!  It’s never too late to be a solution to the global stain of human oppression, exploitation, and trafficking.

Freedom Climb 2014 7 Summits -Colorado begins in 3 weeks

The goal of the Freedom Climb is to affect the lives of thousands of women and children each year. The purpose of the Freedom Climb is not just about climbing a mountain; it’s a way to engage in this global battle and strategically help these women and children. Climbing these mountains is merely a symbolic gesture of what women and children affected by slavery, exploitation and oppression around the world go through every single day.

It isn’t necessary to climb mountains to get involved! You can register for any event as a Virtual Freedom Climber and be a voice for the voiceless by raising funds and awareness. Anyone can do it! Let us help you get started!

You too can Do Something

Lately, we see and hear more and more stories of precious children being abducted and sold into slavery. How do we sit by and do nothing? You may say what can I do? The problem is so huge! Each of us can do something!

In one month 72 women from 6 countries will be doing something in Colorado! They each paid all of their own expenses to climb. They committed to raising awareness and funds to help end slavery. They will climb 7 14,000 feet summits in 4 days! They have a goal of raising $500,000 to help end slavery and human trafficking.

You may not be able to climb, but you can definitely do something! Have you heard Mathew West’s song “Do Something”? Several of our climbers have made it their theme song.

Join us in our efforts to end slavery, human trafficking and oppression of women and children globally.

Help End Slavery and Bring True Freedom!

Join our events or give to end slavery!
The 2014 Colorado Climb is fast-approaching on July 12-18, when our teams will summit 7 mountains – each over 14,000 ft. in elevation! Can you believe we have 72 women signed up, representing 6 different countries??

Help us count down to this incredible event and the impact it will have not only on our climbers, but on you as their supporters — and most powerfully — on women and children climbing their way to freedom out of abuse, oppression, slavery, and trafficking.

You are already making a life-changing difference for these women and children with the gifts you have made towards our $500,000 goal for the 7 Summits Climb. And any gift you can give today will mean even more women and children are reached with the hope of Jesus!

Will you be the one to step out in faith and help rescue our children?

In India children are dedicated to the temples to be used for sex by the priests and men of the villages. In the last two years many families have been educated regarding the misuse of these children. Throughout 100 villages, our team has educated many and prevented the one new Jogini from being dedicated in each of the last 24 months (2 years) 1 per month X 100 villages X 24 months = 2400 lives transformed forever! These girls now have a future free of being a Jogini prostitute. Praise God!

We can see God’s grace everywhere! We have the capacity to come to a tipping point: where the whole world will recognize the evils of trafficking and slavery and the oppression and exploitation of women and children and determine to END IT. An audacious statement, but I believe it reflects the heart of Jesus.

It only takes one person to step up and climb it! With approximately 30,000,000 people enslaved today, it is time for us as the body of Christ to step up and step out in faith. Will you be the one? Will you speak up for the voiceless children trapped in human trafficking, oppression and sexual exploitation?

Every year, human traffickers generate billions of dollars in profits by victimizing millions of people around the world, and here in the United States. Human trafficking is considered to be one of the fastest growing criminal industries in the world.

Take a stand today and join us in our efforts to raise awareness and funds to fight these atrocities. Go to: to register today.
Join our Corporate Freedom Climb and climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with us on February 26, 2015! This is an opportunity for your organization, church and community to engage in this battle, team build and impact our world as well as get great publicity for your organization.

Freedom Climb visits Moldova

The Freedom Climb supports projects in Moldova that are giving hope and a future to women and children at risk. Last week I was blessed to be able to take a team of leaders from Mission Hills Church in Colorado to visit Moldova and see first hand the amazing work being done by OM Moldova. We visited many places and saw the joy being brought to orphans and abandoned children as they learn what it means to be loved and to have hope.

Did you know there are approximately 4 million people in Moldova? Many parents leave their children with others or alone as they travel abroad seeking work due to the extreme poverty. One third of children in Moldova are social orphans, often times 8-9 year olds live alone. Although huge orphanages have been created, this is not enough to help these precious children. They are extremely vulnerable to human trafficking. It was said that Moldova is #6 in world for human trafficking. Those statistics reflect that it is in a worst state than Cambodia or Thailand. Many children are lured and sold to Turkey, Romania, Germany and Austria.

OM Moldova has 18 care centers for children at risk. At these centers, many of the children receive the only meal they will eat that day. They learn about Jesus, are treated with love and compassion and are given educational assistance. There is a need for many more centers. Most of the centers are used as churches in the villages.

The picture you see is of a center and church in one of the villages. This center provides the only well with safe drinking water in the village of 400 people. The building is modest as is, but the ceiling is filled with mold and needs to be replaced. As I stood looking at the roof it broke my heart to think that if it isn’t replaced, the building will be condemned and the children will have no where to go and no hot meal. I was blessed to be able to say “The Freedom Climb will give you the funds to replace the roof.”

It is because of passionate people around the world helping to raise funds and awareness that we are able to provide hope and a future to precious children like the ones cared for here.

Will you join us in our efforts to end human trafficking, exploitation of children and oppression?

Thank you for joining us in our efforts!
